Refund Policy

At Whmart, we want to ensure you are happy with your purchase. However, because we sell digital goods (WordPress Themes, Plugins, and Scripts), products cannot be “returned” once they are downloaded. Therefore, we have a strict but fair refund policy.

⚠️ Important Note Regarding License Keys:
We sell products under the GPL (General Public License). We do not provide developer license keys. The products work perfectly without a key. Refunds will NOT be issued because a “License Key is missing.”

1. When Do We Issue a Refund?

We will happily issue a full refund within 7 days of purchase in the following specific cases:

  • ✓ The file is corrupt: The downloaded file is broken, contains viruses, or cannot be installed, and our support team is unable to provide a fixed file within 48 hours.
  • ✓ Product not as described: The product is completely different from what was shown in the screenshot or description.
  • ✓ Double Payment: You were accidentally charged twice for the same product.

2. When Do We NOT Issue a Refund?

Refunds will not be granted in the following scenarios:

  • ✕ “I changed my mind”: You decided you don’t need the product after downloading it.
  • ✕ “I don’t know how to use it”: Lack of technical skills to install or configure WordPress themes/plugins.
  • ✕ License Key Issues: As mentioned above, asking for a license key for auto-updates is not a valid reason for a refund on GPL products.
  • ✕ Purchased by Mistake: If the file has already been downloaded from your account.

3. Processing Time

If your refund request is approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method. This typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your bank or credit card provider.

To request a refund, please contact our support team with your Order ID and a screenshot of the issue (if applicable).
