If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site or purchasing our products. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

All digital products, including WordPress themes and plugins sold on Whmart, are distributed under the GNU General Public License (GPL).

• You are free to use these products on as many websites as you like.
• We do not provide license keys for automatic updates from the original developer.
• Updates are provided manually through our website as long as your subscription or purchase is active.
• All products are 100% original files and free from viruses or malicious code.

To access purchased downloads, you must create an account on Whmart. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. You agree not to share your account details with others. Whmart reserves the right to terminate accounts that are suspected of sharing login credentials or redistributing our files.

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. Once a file has been downloaded, it cannot be “returned.”

Exceptions for Refunds:

• If the product file is completely unusable or corrupt and our support team cannot fix the issue within 48 hours.
• If the product description was significantly misleading.

We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind or if the plugin does not have a specific feature you assumed it had. Please check the product features before buying.

Whmart provides digital downloads of third-party software. We are not the original developers of the plugins or themes.

What we support: Issues regarding the download link, file corruption, or installation errors.

What we do NOT support: We do not offer technical support for plugin configuration, CSS customization, or conflicts with other 3rd party plugins. If you need full technical support, we recommend purchasing directly from the original developer.

In no event shall Whmart, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

We do not guarantee that the products will function correctly with all 3rd party installations, plugins, or web browsers.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within India.
